Day 01: Arrival & Gentle Coastal Acclimatization

    Focus: Rest & Grounding
Upon arriving at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be met by your private chauffeur. Escape the bustle of travel with a short, quiet drive to the coastal town of Negombo. Spend your first day grounding yourself—take a peaceful sunset walk on the beach, listen to the rhythmic ocean waves, and prepare your body for the restorative days ahead.
    Overnight stay in Negombo.

Day 02: Journey to the Healing Hills

    Focus: Spiritual Calm & Culture
After a healthy breakfast, journey inland to the spiritual city of Kandy. The slow transition into the cooler climate naturally calms the nervous system. In the evening, visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic. The rhythmic chanting of monks and the aroma of incense provide a deeply spiritual and meditative experience, perfect for setting your wellness intentions.
    Overnight stay in Kandy.

    Day 03: Herbal Wisdom & Nature's Pharmacy

    Focus: Ayurvedic Education & Therapy
Today is dedicated to discovering the roots of Ayurveda. Visit a renowned Spice and Herbal Garden in Matale. Here, you will learn about the medicinal properties of turmeric, cinnamon, aloe, and sandalwood directly from Ayurvedic practitioners. Enjoy a complimentary head and shoulder massage using warm, therapeutic oils. Spend your afternoon relaxing at your wellness hotel with an optional evening yoga session.
Overnight stay in Kandy or surrounding wellness resort.

Day 04: Highland Tranquility & Pure Air

Focus: Respiratory Health & Mindful Walking
Ascend higher into the mist-covered mountains of Nuwara Eliya. This region is famous for its crisp, unpolluted air—ideal for deep breathing exercises and meditation. Visit a serene tea estate to sip on antioxidant-rich green or white Ceylon tea. Spend the afternoon taking a mindful, unhurried walk around Gregory Lake, soaking in the quiet alpine atmosphere.
    Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 05: Descent to the Ayurvedic Coast

    Focus: Transition to Tropical Wellness
Leave the cool mountains and wind your way down to the sun-drenched southern coast (destinations like Bentota or Weligama, renowned for their specialized Ayurvedic resorts). The drive itself showcases Sri Lanka's diverse ecosystems. Upon arrival at your coastal retreat, check in and consult with an in-house Ayurvedic doctor to plan your bespoke treatments for the coming days.
Overnight stay at a South Coast Wellness Resort.

Day 06: Holistic Wellness & Rejuvenation

    Focus: Full-Day Detox & Spa
A full day dedicated entirely to your body. Begin with a guided sunrise yoga session on the beach. Follow your doctor-prescribed Ayurvedic diet for the day. Spend your hours enjoying traditional therapies—such as Shirodhara (warm oil poured gently over the forehead), herbal steam baths, or full-body synchronized massages—designed to flush toxins and restore vital energy.
Overnight stay at a South Coast Wellness Resort.

    Day 07: Mindful Beach Leisure & Eco-Conservation

Focus: Mental Clarity & Gentle Activity
Wake up feeling lighter and more energized. Spend the morning swimming in the gentle ocean or meditating on the golden sands. In the afternoon, your chauffeur can take you to a nearby Sea Turtle Conservation Project, allowing you to connect with nature and support local eco-efforts in a peaceful, heartwarming environment.
Overnight stay on the South Coast.

Day 08: Departure with a Renewed Spirit

    Focus: Farewell
Enjoy one last healthy, tropical breakfast and a final morning stroll on the beach. Feeling refreshed, balanced, and rejuvenated, your chauffeur will drive you comfortably via the Southern Expressway back to Bandaranaike International Airport for your journey home, carrying the healing spirit of Sri Lanka with you.
